In accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of April 27 on Personal Data Protection, and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, EASY ACCOUNTING AND AUTONOMO ADMIN, S.L., hereinafter referred to as LIMIT CONSULTING, provides additional information regarding the processing of personal data.

Access to this website is free of charge. Any personal data provided will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. The data provided by users will be included in our automated personal data processing records and processed in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018.

• "Company Formation SL" Form: to manage the possibility of a future commercial relationship with the applicant, providing information of potential interest.
• "Plans for Freelancers" Form: to manage the possibility of a future commercial relationship with the applicant, providing information of potential interest.
• "Registration for Non-Resident Property Tax Submission" Form: to manage the possibility of a future commercial relationship with the applicant, providing information of potential interest.

Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for data processing is the explicit consent of the data subject provided through the designated checkbox and the execution of a contract in which the data subject is a party, or for the application of pre-contractual measures at their request.

LIMIT CONSULTING is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of such data and processing it securely, taking the necessary measures to prevent alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access, as stipulated in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018.

Data may be shared with the Wolfram platform to manage the possibility of a future commercial relationship with the applicant, providing information of potential interest.

Exercise of rights

Applicable law and jurisdiction

In case of dispute or conflict regarding the interpretation of this privacy policy, or any issue related to the services of this website, Spanish law shall apply.
