You have different options to add payments to an invoice .

Firstly, you may do bank reconciliation ( only with premium account) , i.e., you select ‘Banks‘, which allows you to reconcile your transactions according to bank transactions that you receive. Or, for the same invoice, you have the option ‘Mark as paid‘ and you may only deduct a portion of a payment. Quipu will indicate you the amount to be paid.
