Autonomos whose activity was stopped by Law.
Law RDL 11/2020, stipulates an interest free 6 month postponement for Social Security contribution corresponding to May, June and July 2020.
Autonomos whose activity was not directly stopped by Law.
For this group it is available a low interest ( 0.5%) 6 month postponement for Social Security contribution of April, May and June 2020.
Important!
This postponements are not automatically granted but they need to be applied within the first 10 days of each corresponding month.
Applicants of Cease of Activity Grant
Applicants of Cease of Activity grant do not need to pay Social Security contribution for the time that the State of Alert lasts. Therefore, this postponement is for those who do not meet the requisites or choose not to apply for it.
Likewise, the payment of March, that was charged before any application could be processed, will be refunded automatically.
