- How do you get my invoices and other documentation to you?
We offer you various ways in which you can make your important documentation available to us. You can scan your invoices if they are few or send them to us through a courier company. You can drop your file in of our offices ( see ‘more info’ page).
For our client who want to keep on top of their accounts and prefer to store the invoices themselves , they can up download the invoices to the cloud. Later we will take it from there. See all functionally of our partner’s app: Quipu. Doing it this way, you will have available additional statistical tools.
In any case, we supervise your accounts, input them in your official books and submit the tax for you.
- What do I need to be able to use your services?
Obviously you need a computer and internet connection. Having a scanner and a printer would be great too.
- How easy is it transffering my accounts to you?
Very easy. If you wish, we will handle the whole process. With your consent we will call your previous accountant and ask for your legal documentation. We can arrange for a courier company to pick up the documentation from your previous gestoria’s offices.
