Requisites for workers.
Should have been registered as a job-seeker in the Unemployment Office for at least 12 months within the last 18 months previous to the contact.
Requisites for the employer.
- Self-employed, under 30, with no employees.
- The company must keep the employee for at least 18 months after entering into the contract.
Failing to keep the requisites will result in being obliged to refund the incentives.
Social Security reductions.
- 100% of contribution to Social Security.
These reductions will be applied to the company’s monthly contribution to the social security during 12 months.
