02

You sign and grant power of attorney

After the engagement agreement and first subscription payment, you grant a power of attorney before a local notary.

03

We incorporate your SL and prepare the workflow

LIMIT manages the incorporation process and sets the accounting route so the company can start operating with support behind it.

Why Limit

Different from one-off company formation services.

Formation and accounting are connected

The company is not treated as a one-off formality. We prepare the structure with the accounting and tax workflow that follows.

English-speaking support

You can discuss notaries, registry steps, tax registrations and ongoing company obligations clearly in English.

Built for digital companies

Online sales, remote services, international clients, platforms and payment tools are part of our daily accounting work.

Quipu included

Your company gets an online invoicing and document workflow from the beginning, with LIMIT's review layered on top.

Support beyond incorporation

Once the SL exists, our monthly plan keeps bookkeeping, tax filings, legal books and questions moving through the year.

Clear conditions before you start

We explain the official costs, power of attorney process and 12-month promotion condition before the deed is signed.

The offer is simple, but the timing matters.

These conditions keep the promotion clear before we start the incorporation process.

Questions

Company formation FAQ.

Is company formation really free?

LIMIT includes professional company formation support for eligible company accounting clients. Official third-party costs, such as notary and Commercial Registry fees, remain payable by the client.

Why do you say the support is valued at €900?

The €900 amount expresses the promotional value of LIMIT professional formation support included with the eligible accounting plan. It is not a blanket public fee for every possible company structure outside this offer.

What costs do I still need to pay?

You pay official incorporation expenses such as notary fees, Commercial Registry fees, power of attorney notary fees and any other mandatory third-party costs.

How much are the official costs?

In most cases, official third-party incorporation costs are approximately €800-€1,000. The final amount can vary depending on the notary, registry and structure.

When do I need to subscribe to the accounting plan?

The company accounting plan must be contracted before incorporation, and the first subscription payment must be completed before the incorporation deed is signed.

What happens if I cancel during the first year?

If the accounting service is cancelled within the first 12 months, the waived professional formation support value of €900 becomes payable.

Why is a power of attorney needed?

The power of attorney allows LIMIT to manage the incorporation process on your behalf with our collaborating notary and registry.

Can you help foreign founders or shareholders?

Yes, in many cases. The exact route depends on identification, tax numbers, residence status and the shareholder structure, so we review this before starting.

Tell us about the company you want to create.

Send us the activity, shareholders, expected volume and whether the company will operate locally or across borders. We will point you to the right company plan and formation route.
